This escape room style treasure hunt made by yours truly is included in your stay at the treehouse. It is self guided and usually takes guests around 2 or 3 hours to complete. Its quite challenging, but many haev completed it. Winners get a small prize at the end and eternal bragging rights. I encourage everyone to read the reviews on Airbnb.

This place has three ruins sites near a river and looks like it belongs in an Indiana Jones jungle movie set. Its got some fun hiking trails and also a small pond that you can fish in.

Whitewater Water Park
This is a park that I have been to probably at least 100 times. The season ticket prices aren't bad at all. Its a very high wuality water park that will take you all day to explore. Its right here in marietta, only 16 minutes away from the treehouse.

The Battery Atlanta
Not really in Atl, but Smyrna GA, this place is no much more than just a Braves Stadium. Its about a 22 minute drive from the treehouse. Click the link for more details.

I've done this twice and it was an incredible experience being in an open cockpit vintage bi-plane. At the moment there is a change in ownership so defintiely call first and reserve a spot in advanced.

Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History
This place is pretty boring to be completely honest. But its within walking distance to the treehouse.

Swift Cantrell Park
This park is very close to the treehouse (2 miles) and has a skate ark, splash pad for kids, a running track, outdoor gym, and snowballs across the street (in the warmer months)

This place is amazing for kayaking and it leads to a waterfall. But the current is slow enough that you can paddle back the way you came. The fishing is good there too.

NCG Acwoth Cinemas
There are many movie theaters in area, and some closer like AMC and Regal, but this one is my personal favorite.

Lake Acworth Beach
Believe it or not this place actually gets pretty crowded in the summer months. They do charge for parking when its crowded. You can also fish and walk along some wooded traisl there too.

The world of coke is ahigh quality museum in downtown atlanta. It is a 30 minute drive drive the treehouse.

Located in Austell, GA, this six flags is 35 minutes away from the treehouse. It has some really great roller coasters.
